So I am still here, and still alive.
I will be trying my hardest to draw and do some pics of older characters, updated to newer standards. Not sure if I will upload them or not, but I will definitely have something to add to DA in the near future.
Anyway, still no job, Id like to get paid to do something I love, but I doubt I'd be so lucky, still there are many who do make it doing what they love. Ideally I should get back in contact with former classmates and other Game Design enthusiasts and form a small group to work on games. Maybe Ill make that dream come true, though it involves me really sticking my neck out, which is uncommon for me.
So anyway, look for more uploads from me in the near future whether good or bad.
I might just upload a bunch of my random sketches to show people the kind of things I draw when I am bored.

I am desperate to earn money. I have put in applications at many places and have no results to show for it other than anger and frustration. I would like to be working for myself and producing things I could sell, such as art, or maybe custom design Tshirts. The problem with that is, where do I begin. If anyone out there sells art, or makes Tshirts please, please tell me how you got started and what has to be done. I do not have much money to even start out on this venture.

So about a week or more ago I posted a tweet to Jeb at Minecraft that I would like to see Bats in Minecraft as a part of the Halloween update. Today I find out that bats have been added to the new snapshot. Not sure if this is a coincidence or not, but if Jeb listened to me I would be the happiest man alive. Even if he didn't I am excited like a kid on Christmas morning! I sent him another suggestion for bats and if it winds up in the game I would have confirmation that Jeb is listening.
I love it when my ideas are well received and applied! Nothing brings me more satisfaction.
Anyway I am posting this not only to show my joy for this added feature, but because I will be doing a sketch of Jeb to show my appreciation for him as a game developer, and because somewhere inside I want to believe that he did hear my idea, and that the bat was added because I thought of it.
I also plan to do several Minecraft sketches, one for two of my older characters I used in Minecraft who I have retired.
I will be posting all of these when I am done, and perhaps even adding them to my texture pack.
anyway, thats enough for this update. I hope someone besides me will read this and take interest.

So, most of you who play TF2 or just like the videos may have seen this new one. I for one am thrilled, and I am glad that they left the pyro gender less.
I have heard so many times, the argument over whether or not the pyro is a lady or not. My question is: Does it matter?
Personally my thoughts are that the pyro could not be identified as either gender, or even human. The pyro is a creature who may have once been human and at some point was disfigured so badly that it could not survive outside its suit. This explains the gas mask, the lack of definable words, and the inner desire to play and frolic about like a human child spreading joy to everyone. My guess is that the pyro can not be seen mask less without induced vomiting.
Anyway, that is my take on the whole thing.
Since the pyro is never to be identified that leaves your imagination to dream up what it is exactly behind that mask.

Okay, working on some new things, nothing truly noteworthy, but I am trying still.
I am making an effort to practice new things, but good drawing references are so slim. I am wide awake tonight and full of energy, I really want to just keep this mood up and draw. tomorrow will more than likely be hot like today was and I will not want to do anything. So tonight I am going to buckle down, listen to some music and draw.
Hopefully when I finish some new drawings I will feel like scanning them into the computer and posting them.
Looking back at the last few things I have posted makes me wonder why I even bothered, but there is no way to improve except practice and trying different and new things.
I am also getting a Wacom tablet soon, so maybe I will do some sketches 100% in Photoshop and show those off.... Maybe.
